Why do we like heel sandals?

Halfway between boots and sandals, (high) heels shoes hint, here and there, a few plots of skin to better discover the tips of our feet. A game of geometric hide-and-seek that, as a pledge of desirability, magnifies the lower body with glittering materials, for a dashing pace worthy of the greatest celebrities.

How to wear them?

Ideal for long nights, sandals with heels alone enhance an outfit. It is therefore useless, even bad taste, to make tons:   Neutral tones, straight cuts and causal-chic quickdraw are (strongly) advised. In short, one favors simple clothes to compensate for the (too) developed side of shoes.

When temperatures rise, it is better to wear bare legs. Otherwise we opt for black tights, more or less opaque, which will be more in harmony with the colored sandals. Conversely, if your sandals are playing all black, dare small socks of colors that will boost your entire look with their retro spirit.

In case of preference for pants, we prefer the short models, type 7/8 or slim, so that the edge does not bite the shoe.

The good shopping

Central part of a festive outfit, the cut-out sandals return every season totally relokées by (almost) all the brands that decline them with ultra-sophisticated details. At Alaïa and Jimmy Choo, they are worked with meticulous graphic cuts, at Gianvito Rossi, they adorn themselves with laces, while Cosmo Paris, Gordana Dimitrijevic and Rupert Sanderson assume the colors cash, certainly disco mood.
