ingredients

2 lemons
2 eggs
10 cl of semi-skimmed milk
80 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
40 g of Maïzena
50 g of fructose powder
1 C. to s. of rapeseed oil

Steps

Preheat the oven to 160 ° C (5-6).

Mix the flour with the yeast and cornflour.

Break the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites.

Beat the yolks with fructose, milk and oil then stir in the flour mixture.

Mount the whites in snow. Rinse the lemons, collect the zest and add to the mixture.

Then gently add the whites to snow.

Pour the dough into a buttered pan. Cook about 25 minutes.

When serving, cut the lemons into slices and arrange them on the cake.
