ingredients

100 g dark chocolate
300 g silky tofu
1 C. to c. hazelnut puree
10 whole hazelnuts

Steps

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave and stir. Add the hazelnut puree, the silky tofu, mix. Divide into 4 ramekins, reserve in the refrigerator at least 3 hours. Grind hazelnuts coarsely and sprinkle them on the foam before serving.
