ingredients

3 ripe bananas
1 lime
3 egg whites
40 g of sugar

Steps

Peel the bananas, cut them roughly into slices and mix them.
Beat the whites until stiff, then when they start to take, add the sugar.
Gently fold the egg whites to the mashed bananas.
Divide into 4 ramekins and reserve 3 hours minimum in the refrigerator.

The magic trick
If you use fructose, 30 g is enough.
