A brand inspired by the American beauty ray XXL

Literally, Zoeva comes from the contraction of "Zoe", which means "life" in Greek - and which is the first name of the founder - and of "Eva", the first woman. This name evokes the importance of women for the German brand.

When Zoe Boikou, 18, travels to the United States as part of her work, she is overwhelmed by the incredible beauty shops on the shelves of American department stores. Already passionate about the universe of cosmetics, these XXL beauty rays have inspired her to create her own brand and continue to guide her passion.

Make-up "cruelty-free" and brushes ... vegan

In 2008, the young woman created Zoeva. Initially, the brand offers a basic range, made up of 10 makeup brushes. The objective is to make available to all women professional equipment.

Today, the brand offers a complete range of accessories and an extensive collection of makeup products: eyeshadows, lipstick, illuminators ... Besides its color chart: a palette of 100 colors for a make-up routine adapted to all, with affordable prices ranging from 8 euros for an eyeliner to 125 euros for the complete luxury brush set. To encourage the compulsive purchases of beauty junkies , these makeup fans who can spend several hundred euros a month according to the new products produced by their favorite brands.

Brushes that remain, according to Zoe Boikou, the strong point of the brand that is 100% "cruelty-free" (do not test on animals). Application of foundation, blush, eyeliner or eye shadow ... For each use, Zoeva declines a specific brush to the purified design and to the quality bristles. Listening to her audience, surfing on emerging trends, she even has a range of brushes and lipstick stamped "vegan".

On the merits, Zoeva marks a real commitment to the cause of women. With the clear objective of helping each woman to "reveal her individual beauty and boost her self-confidence", she also supports the women in their struggles, domestic violence and cancer.

On October Rose, for example, she contributes a part of her profits to research on breast cancer, and throughout the year, she supports women in their daily struggle by associating themselves with charities.
