ingredients
225 g of bulgur
30 cl of water
200 g of feta
1 small cucumber
3 tomatoes
3 small onions
40 g of pitted green olives
1 bunch of flat parsley
The juice of 1 lemon
6 tbsp. to s. olive oil
Steps
Step 1
The bulgur. Boil the water with a pinch of salt. Pour it on the bulgur, in a bowl. Cover with transparent film and allow to swell for 10 minutes. Mix with a fork to scrape the bulgur.
2nd step
The filling. Wash the vegetables and parsley, peel the cucumber. Cut the tomatoes, cucumber and feta into small cubes. Slice onions: white and green. Detail the olives in slices, chop the parsley.
Step 3
Assemble. Add all these ingredients to the bulgur. In a bowl, mix lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper.
Pour over the bulgur to season.
Let stand at least 15 minutes before serving.
