Lactase for toddlers
Children consume dairy products, especially milk, in large quantities. These are essential for their bone and dental growth. Dairy products provide them with calcium and vitamin D, both of which are absolutely necessary for the health of the skeleton. Women, who are more sensitive than men to osteoporosis, must also consume dairy products. Lactase will allow the body to transform lactose into glucose and thus digest it.

Bypass lactose intolerance
Lactose intolerance is quite common. They are usually due to lactase deficiency. The body does not produce enough lactase and digestion of lactose is difficult. In case of intolerance to lactose, intestinal disorders, more or less severe, may appear. It is possible to continue consuming dairy products, but in smaller quantities, preferably at mealtimes. Yogurt is better digested than milk or cheese. In case of serious lactose intolerance, other calcium-rich foods such as canned sardines, broccoli, green cabbage, beans, orange juice or tofu should be favored.
