ingredients

1 cucumber
4 or 5 sticks of Surimi
10 leaves of basil
1 sheet of seaweed Nori (Japanese ray)
radish sprouts, soy sauce.

Steps

Step 1

Remove the ends of the cucumber, cut the cucumber into pieces and remove the seeds using an empty apple.

2nd step

Wrap each of the surimi sticks in 1 or 2 basil leaves and slide them into the cucumber sections, cutting the overhang with a small knife.

Step 3

Wrap each section of cucumber with a strip of lightly moistened seaweed to form maki.

Step 4

Serve with a little radish sprouts and soy sauce. You can also cut each maki in 3 in the thickness if you want to serve as an appetizer.
