20 conchiglies (pasta)
1 handful of pine nuts
200 g tofu with basil
6 small sun-dried tomatoes
1 tbsp. to s. of capers
3 tbsp. to s. tomato sauce

For the sauce:
3 tbsp. to s. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. to s. liquid soy cream ("soy cuisine")
25 g grated emmental cheese

Steps

Conchiglies stuffed with tofu and dried tomatoes

l- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil , salt and add the pasta. Cook for 10 minutes in a simmer, drain and set aside.

2- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 ° C (Th 6-7) and toast the pine nuts for a few minutes. Mix tofu with tomatoes, pine nuts, capers and tomato sauce. Garnish each conchiglie with 1 tbsp. stuffing and place the pasta in a gratin dish.

3- Mix the ingredients of the sauce and coat the pasta. Cook 10-15 min and serve.
