ingredients

225 gr of dark chocolate 70% cocoa
185 gr of sweet butter
4 whole eggs (200 gr)
100 gr of caster sugar
200 gr brown sugar (brown sugar)
120 gr of liquid cream
120 gr of sifted flour (type 55)
5 gr of baking powder
80 gr of hazelnuts
40 gr of pecan
20 gr of chocolate chips

Steps

Step 1

On a baking sheet, place the crushed hazelnuts and put them in an oven heated to 180 ° C to lightly grill them.

2nd step

Prepare a bain-marie in which you melt the butter and chocolate.

Step 3

In a salad bowl, beat the eggs, the caster sugar and the brown sugar to obtain a frothy mixture, add the melted chocolate and butter.

Step 4

Stir in the liquid cream, sifted flour and baking powder and finally the hazelnuts, pecans and chocolate chips.

Step 5

Pour the dough into a buttered rectangular mold, floured;

Preheat your oven to 180 ° C, count about twenty minutes of cooking.

To obtain a soft brownies, it is advisable not to overcook, when it comes out of the oven, the top must be crisp and the interior must be melting.
