200 g smoked bacon slices

4 bay leaves

10 g of butter

Step 1

Butter a gratin dish about 25 cm x 18 cm.

Preheat your oven to 160 ° C (thermostat 5).

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices about 3 mm thick.
