2 beautiful pears
1 nice pinch of ginger powder
3 yellow 3 egg whites bios
50 g 150 g of sugar
150 g flour
1 sachet of baking powder
5 cl of milk
30 g melted butter

Steps
Babas praline with pear
At least 10 hours in advance: preheat the oven to 180 ° C (tea 4). Mix in yolks and 50 g sugar; add in order milk, butter, flour and yeast mixed, praline. Beat the whites and a pinch of salt in very firm snow, add it by turning gently from bottom to top. Pour into the non-stick mold (s). Bake 25-30 min a big baba, approx. 20 min the little ones.
During cooking: heat in a small saucepan apple juice, syrup, 1 dl of water. As soon as you leave the oven, turn the baba (s) over in a large airtight box or on a large round dish. Water immediately, little by little, with the boiling syrup. Close, let stand 8 hours.
Finish: peel, seed, cut diced pears. Heat 25 cl of water in a small saucepan. Heat 150 g sugar over low heat in a medium saucepan until smooth. Add in order boiling water, ginger, pears, let simmer 10 min. Drain, pour into the baba.
