ingredients

200 g (drained) of tuna in oil
200 g weighed white beans
4 white onions
1 beautiful carrot
1 handful of curly salad
5 anchovy fillets in oil
1 tbsp. to s. mustard seeds
4 tbsp. to s. of cider vinegar
Black pepper from the mill

1 salad bowl

Steps

Step 1

In advance: dip the beans in boiling water, cook approx. 25 min (check during cooking) with small broths. 10 min before the estimated end, add the carrot into thin slices. Salt 5 min before the end. Drain, pour into the bowl.

2nd step

At the same time: put in the salad bowl onions in thin slices and chopped curly. Drain the tuna, thin it in the bowl, keep the oil.

Step 3

Season: heat the chopped anchovies and 2 tbsp. to s. tuna oil on low heat; turn; as soon as the anchovies are melted, remove from the heat. Add pepper, 2 tbsp. to s. water, vinegar, mustard seeds, mix with salad. Enjoy lukewarm.
