Solution against the pockets:
Surgery, with two different actions depending on the quality of the skin. If the tissue is still toned, the surgeon is content to remove the fat. The incision is super discreet, placed inside the eyelids. More delicate when the eyelid is relaxed because it requires, in addition to the fat, remove excess skin and muscle, and tighten the canthus (the suspensory ligament of the eyelid at the outer corner of the eye). A quick little test to do at home to know your case: pull the lower eyelid down, then release. If the skin returns in less than five seconds to its starting location, it is very tonic. All the success of the operation is conditioned by the thickness of the crescent that is removed. More than two millimeters and you risk round eyes! It is therefore essential to entrust this intervention to trained hands. The sutures are made with very fine threads, and removed after six days.
