The first UN report was published in 2012. Since then, the changes have been numerous. The report compared the 156 countries before the crisis of 2008 (2005-2007) and after the crisis (2013-2015), and that does not forgive: Greece falls to the 99th place, Spain to the 37th and the Italy at the 50th. On the other hand, China , Russia and Thailand are picking up some places and climbing up the rankings respectively in 83rd place, 33rd place and 56th place.
