In 3 years, Mud Day has become a real phenomenon. 25,000 people are expected on 8, 9 and 10 May 2015 on the course of the military camp Frileuse in Beynes, Yvelines. On the program of Mud Day: 13 kilometers of running in the mud and 22 obstacles of all kinds to cross.

Mud Day, a survival race that breaks records

No need to participate in Koh Lanta and spend two months on a desert island in survival mode to exceed its limits. Mud Day offers life-size military training, with joy and good humor. The concept is simple: you have to go solo or in a team, 13 kilometers of running, crossing 22 obstacles. Electric filaments, icy baths, barbed wire, mud mountains, to participate in Mud Day 2015, do not be afraid to wet the jersey. A well-oiled marketing concept that is a hit with young people who come to test their strength, their agility and their physical condition.

At its first edition in 2013, 13,000 people participated in Mud Day and 21,500 last year. "Mud Day is a fun, extreme and untimed race unlike other running events held elsewhere," explains Edouard Cassignol, director of the public events. The idea is more to share a good time with his band of friends. "
