The gloss, from success to oblivion

He was everywhere in the 2000s: on the lips of stars (J.Lo, Beyoncé , Britney Spears), in the glossy pages of magazines and of course in the street. Praised for the brilliance and volume he gave to the lips, he then experienced a small crossing of the desert for its too sticky side.

2016, the revival of the gloss

In bestsellers that have remained in the annals of beauty, there is the Juicy Tube. Cult, this king of gloss imagined by Fred Farrugia for Lancôme was in all the beauty kits of the beautystas of the time. In 2016, the pink house is a revival with the launch of the Juicy Shaker, released in late February. Represented by Lily Collins and Lupita Nyong'o, the little brother of the Juicy Tube, has a fluid texture, non-sticky, plumping, shielded in nourishing oils and strong in colored pigments.

A major innovation with integrated cushion tip that marks the return of the gloss, yet already started a few seasons ago at other major brands. At Dior he kept only his name and wants to be more "plumper" (volume booster); at Yves Saint Laurent, he has turned into a varnish at Giorgio Armani's lacquer. Sexy novelties that may well be found again in our bathrooms ...
