ingredients

300 g strawberries (garriguettes)
1 tbsp. to c. of pistachio paste
90 g of pistachio powder
100 g of sugar

Steps

Step 1

Prepare a syrup: cook 5 min over low heat in a small saucepan 25 cl water, sugar and pistachio paste. Let cool.

2nd step

Wash, dry, soil, slice strawberries. Spread them on the plates. Pour the syrup over, powder the pistachio powder. Serve immediately.
