Ingredients for two people:
- 3 shallots
- 6 scallop shells or 12 scallops
- 2 teaspoons of liquid honey
- 10 cl. liquid cream
- puff pastry
- 50 grams of butter

Preheat the oven to 180 °.
Put the butter to melt in a pan then fry the minced shallots until they are cooked but golden, add the honey then the cream. Mix everything well.
Prepare two mini-tart molds, place the shallot reduction, place the shredded shells in 2 (peppered salt) and put the puff pastry cut into a circle (a little larger than the mold).
Cook 20min at 180 ° and at the end of the oven, turn the Tatkins on a plate.
