ingredients

2 packs of Mâche & Intense Bonduelle Flavor
300 g pasta balls (small round pasta)
2 tins of natural tuna (280 g drained)
2 tbsp. to s. white cheese
Some basil leaves
2 tbsp. to c. shaves of capers
2 small carrots
1 raw beet

For the lemon vinaigrette
1 tbsp. to s. sweet mustard
2 tbsp. to s. of lemon juice
1 tbsp. to c. chopped lemon zest
4 tbsp. to s. olive oil

Steps

Step 1

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package, in a saucepan of salted water, brought to a boil. Meanwhile, prepare tuna sauce: mix tuna (without draining) with cottage cheese, basil and capers until smooth.

Drain the pasta, add them to the tuna-cottage cheese mixture.

2nd step

Peel the carrots and the beetroot, rinse them, cut them into very small dice, add them to the pasta salad.

Step 3

In a bowl, prepare the lemon vinaigrette by mixing all the ingredients.

Step 4

Season the salad with the vinaigrette.

Divide the pasta into 4 high glasses filling them three-quarters, finish with bouquets of salad. Taste with a spoon.
