Tip # 2: Organize your life time

The challenge ? Reconcile fulfilling professional life, happy family life and time for oneself. It is this last parameter that is often neglected first. To be serene and happy, it is absolutely necessary to get rid of time for yourself . The idea is to rethink the schedule of his day to get away from moments just self. For example at the lunch break ... For it to work better is to keep an agenda and set specific niches. By obliging oneself to respect these "times for oneself" one will quickly make habits of them ... and to gain well-being!

Tip # 3: Setting your limits

Between pro life and personal life the border is often porous. Especially when you are passionate about your job and do not count your hours. The solution ? Set your limits! Indeed, it is better to act in prevention than to undergo a situation where the job is invited to the house (hello the burn-out)! We make the difference: are we ready to bring home work at night? Tip # 4: Disconnect

Digital tools are becoming more and more important in our lives. Social networks, emails pro ... we are reachable 24 / 24h! And the risk is to become addicted. To avoid tripping we disconnect! If we are glued to his pro mails, we prioritize: we process urgent messages and we put off until the next day everything that can be. Taking a step back from work is essential to note well-being (and our mental health).
