Steps

Lamb papillotes with mint

In advance: peel, chop garlic . Incise the ribs in 3 points, slip a slice of garlic.

45 min before serving: Preheat oven to 180 ° C (tea 4). Put 3 ribs in each foil; sow oregano, 4 tbsp. mint , pepper, salt. Sprinkle with the juice of 2 lemons. Cut the other 2 into thick slices, add them. Bake 40 minutes: the cooked meat is detached from the bone.

To serve: beat yogurt, 1 dash of olive oil, the rest of mint, salt, pepper. Serve cold with hot papillotes .
