INGREDIENTS

For 6 persons :
500 grams of spaghetti
Olive oil and / or cooked tomato paste
3 dried tomatoes
A handful of olives
Assortment of spices
Salt and pepper

RECIPE

Cook the spaghetti a minute less than indicated on the package.
Drain and pour into a dish.
Add olive oil (and / or tomato paste if you like), pepper and spices of your choice (I have chosen an assortment of Italian spices), tomatoes and olives cut in small dice.
We can add (or replace olives and dried tomatoes) grilled vegetables in the oven (or in jars) ... and a lot of things "closet" ... pesto , pickles, garlic, roasted onions, fresh tomatoes in cubes ...
Stir, cover and let stand in the fridge an hour (or more) if you can, otherwise, refresh the pasta under cold water and consume immediately.
