1 bottle of 300 ml of vegetable preparation for whipped cream (soy-based) sold in organic stores
500 g raspberries
80 g unrefined blond cane sugar

Steps

Step 1

The day before, put the raspberries on a tray in the freezer. Pour the whipped cream mixture into a glass salad bowl and place in the refrigerator, with the whisks.

2nd step

The same day, put the whipped cream with the sugar, using an electric whisk. Mix more or less finely frozen raspberries. Add them gently to the whipped cream and divide into glasses or cups. Serve immediately.
