My glasses and chipped plates

My green gesture
Culinary type glass Pyrex and glass table, unlike bottles and jars, do not recycle. Same for porcelain. I put them in the trash, or even the waste .

What does it become?
At best, the material is crushed for use in road base or embankments.

My mini skirt and my camarguaises

My green gesture
I spot the containers and relay points on the sites of eco-organizations or associations such as Eco TLC or Le Relais .
Or I make an appointment for a home collection.

What's going on?
In very good condition, they return to the circuit via the friperies solidaires (60 shops Ding Fring in France).
Corrects, they are recycled in sound or thermal insulation .

My broken bicycle

My green gesture
Even without wheels and without handlebars, my wreck interests the Ressourceries and some associations ( Happy cycling everywhere in France, Pignons on street in Lyon ...).

What's going on?
The "light wounded" are generally rehabilitated for resale at low prices .
The "lost cases" are disassembled to enlarge a stock of spare parts .

The books read and re-read

My green gesture
I put school textbooks and novels (in good condition and not too old) at Adiflor (in Paris or Fagnières, in Champagne-Ardennes) or I contact Recyclivre (in Paris and neighboring communes) which collects them free at home.

What's going on?
The books enrich public libraries and schools in French-speaking countries , or are resold to support education programs around the world .
