ingredients

150 g small shelled shrimp
2 yolks 2 egg whites
4 large spoons. to s. chopped herbs (flat parsley, coriander, mint, dill, basil ...)
2 features of Tabasco
10 g of flour
10 g of Maïzena
1/2 cuil. to c. of baking powder

Steps

Step 1

Mezzena, flour, yeast, 1 pinch of salt. Add egg yolks and Tabasco, mix. Add the whites, beat with a hand whip. Add herbs and shrimps.

2ND STEP

Pour a small ladle of preparation into 2 small blini stoves. Cook over medium-low heat. When the top is almost set, turn over, cook another 1-2 min.

tips

- In the absence of blini stoves, use a stove with several cavities ... or a standard non-stick pan: the discs will simply have less regular contours.

- Introduce (see photo) on mesclun young shoots with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, and decorated, if you can find, daisies (untreated).
