Where to find edible flowers?

We can of course pick them but be careful to avoid those on polluted land: roadside, near a cultivated field or not far from a factory. On the other hand, in some markets, you can find fresh flowers that are eaten. They can also be bought dried in herbalism or buy seeds to grow at home. How to preserve edible flowers?

For fresh flowers, they must be consumed quickly! In general, they can be eaten between 2 and 4 days after being picked. Otherwise, they are allowed to air dry and stored in an airtight jar!

Cooking edible flowers, for what occasions?

The whole thing is to use them sparingly. You do not have to add them to all the dishes, but they can be very well flavored with sorbet, salad, or donut. It's up to you to let your imagination speak!
