The principle of chrononutrition

Developed in 1986 by Dr. Alain Delabos this method allows to lose weight without depriving itself . More than a diet, it is a real food reorganization or strict but simple rules are to follow, while respecting our internal "biological clock" .

With chrononutrition it's simple: you can eat all the foods that are generally prohibited in diets that we know. "Great" will say lovers of french fries and chocolate!

However, a rule must be respected: these foods can not be consumed at any time of the day!

A typical day

The morning
Breakfast must be "nutritious". You can eat cheese, eggs or even bread.

Noon
Your "pleasure" lunch should be a meal of meat and starchy foods to give you strength to spend the second half of the day full of energy.

The afternoon
Your "gourmet" break should be done with a sweet snack, composed of chocolate and vegetable fat to fight against the fatigue that appears at the end of the day.

The evening
Finally, you are advised to make a very light meal with fish and vegetables so as not to overload the body before going to sleep.

Duration and effectiveness

With chrononutrition, you can lose up to 8 kg in 4 weeks .
