Adolescence is a period of transition (ungrateful, some say). Between small crises, well-thought reflections, soup grimace 24/24 and other festivities, understanding our teens is not easy. And find an idea of Christmas presents turns (too) often to the head!
What a gift for my teen?
Fortunately, we will not let you down! We have surveyed, observed, studied teens to better know their habits and their tastes. And know what they really like.
- For girls we opt for accessories, make up fun and colorful, jewelry or decorative objects. At that age they do not want to 'do like the big ones' anymore but to really be considered young women. The idea is not to offer them the same thing as an adult, of course. But we absolutely avoid gifts (too) regressive and infantilizing.
- For boys we bet on safe values. A message t-shirt fun (but not too much), a trendy backpack, accessories such as jewelry, a hat or a scarf. To be sure of his gift, we can also ask subtle advice to the recipient by doing a half day of 'spotting Christmas' with him.

Finally if he has passion (video games, music ...) we seized the opportunity. Be careful however, tastes change quickly and the 'faux-pas' or the 'corny' are never far away. Another precaution is taking into account the age of the recipient. If adolescence includes both 9-year-old girls and those who have 15, we do not have the same desires at these ages!
