300 g roast beef (leftovers)
1 small bouquet of fresh mint
1 lettuce
1 bunch of radishes
2 pinches of Espelette pepper (or pepper)
1 tbsp. to s. Amora mustard
8 tbsp. to s. grape seed oil
Flower of salt

Steps

Step 1

Slice the roast into thin strips of 2 mm thick. Wash radishes, lettuce and mint. Cut radishes into slices, choose crisp lettuce leaves, and peel mint.

2nd step

Prepare the vinaigrette: In a bowl, mix the oil, mustard and chilli.

Step 3

Divide the salad and mint into 4 deep plates, top with vinaigrette. Add radishes and beef strips, sprinkle with fleur de sel.

Serve well fresh. Nice association. The freshness of mint, the fondant of beef, the crunch of lettuce and radishes make this salad an original recipe for a sunny lunch.
